Tiffany
After 40 years in and around Milford, MI, I moved to Northern Michigan, where I've embraced the lifestyle I love. When I'm not working, you can find me practicing yoga, wake surfing, snowboarding, or spending quality time with family.

With a background as Vice President of an electrical contracting company and a passion for real estate, I've built my career around helping clients find their perfect home and investing through home-flipping. I love blending design and strategy to prepare homes for market or transform them into something special. Whether buying, selling, or renovating, I focus on creating value and making every step of the process feel seamless.

Jozee
I grew up in Ludington, Michigan, and the outdoors has always felt like home. I spent over a decade racing motocross and still enjoy trail riding, camping, and lake days. When winter hits, you'll find me hitting the slopes on my snowboard or riding my snowmobile. I also deeply value time with my family and my faith in Christ, which keep me grounded and motivated. After a couple of years in Metro Detroit, I made my way back north to Boyne City to dive into a career that truly excites me.

I've traded the medical field for real estate and love every bit of it. Working with Tiffany on home-flipping projects and design work has been especially rewarding, as I love the challenge and intricacies of home construction. That same passion for bringing ideas to life carries over to helping clients, whether they're buying, selling, or renovating. I'm here to guide you through every step, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
